Easter Fun!

On Thursday we had a big Easter party planned... and then Andrew had his crazy throwing up night and day, so the location was moved to another friend's house. We stayed home and were sad and tired. There were still tons of leftovers after the party was over (because I tend to over buy)... so on Friday when we were all feeling better, we had Sarah and Izzie over to have our own little party.

We started with frosting egg-shaped sugar cookies.


The little guys loved using their knives.


They also liked dumping bucket loads of sprinkles and M&Ms on top of the cookies.



Little dude was especially obsessed with the pink sprinkles. He was so proud of his cookies.


The kids just wanted to keep decorating. They had no interest in actually eating the nasty sugar loaded cookies.

After cookie decorating, we had an Easter egg hunt. I probably bought 50 more eggs than I should have... so the eggs were all over the downstairs rooms.


Andrew and Izzie were more interested in dumping the eggs out on the floor and stealing each other's baskets than finding eggs.


This is my favorite picture because it is of the funniest moment when they were both throwing eggs and dumping them and Sarah and I were just laughing. They were completely ignoring all the candy filled eggs and having a blast just throwing and then filling the baskets back up with the same eggs over and over again.


These two have such a good time together and are so cute. It was such a fun little party!
