I have never seen Andrew so interactive with a friend before. It is fun to watch as these social skills develop.
Eating fishies.
They thought it was so cool to sit across from one another.
They kept smiling and laughing at each other.

When I told them we were going to the park, Andrew's friend started yelling "Hurray!"
Andrew got so excited just watching his buddy get excited. I love his cute smile in this picture.
The boys loved hanging out in the backseat together talking and laughing on our drive.
At the park they just followed each other around. They ran and ran. I just ran after them. Fortunately they usually ran in the same direction :)
J thought it would be fun to throw sand out the window. Andrew thought it looked like a cool thing to do too. They both kept grabbing handfuls of sand from the bucket and sticking it through the little windows behind them.
More running. If one of them fell, the other would pretend to fall too.
Taking a rest from all the running.
They followed one another up and down the stairs. Hopefully they both sleep well tonight!
After trying out all the playground equipment, it wouldn't be a trip to the park without finding sticks.
"Friends are the most important ingredient in this recipe of life."
I am so excited that Andrew is starting to realize how fun friendship can be!
