This weekend Grandma Julie brought the little man a backpack full of goodies that she and Jessie had picked up when they were shopping on Saturday. The backpack was filled to the brim with fun Toy Story and bug themed items.
Little dude didn't want to take the backpack off.
He washed the dishes with it on... and ran around all Sunday night wearing it. He would've worn it to bed if we had let him.
This morning he tried to sit in the BOB jogger with it on when we went running. It didn't quite work. :) My mom taught him to put it on himself by lying on the floor (on top of the backpack) and then sticking his arms in both of the straps and then standing up. I need to videotape the whole process (should've videotaped my mom teaching him too). It was pretty awesome. Especially when she stood up wearing the little Toy Story backpack.
Such a fun new way to have him carry around all his stuff! Now maybe I can get rid of my diaper bag for a few short months :)
